DÜSSELDORF, GERMANY, August 28, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Renogy will unveil its new generation of mobile and off-grid energy solutions at CARAVAN SALON Düsseldorf 2026, marking the global debut of the company’s 2026 Fall Product Lineup ahead of its worldwide launch on September 15.

Designed for motorhomes, campervans, RVs and other mobile applications across global markets, the new portfolio brings together solar generation, lithium battery storage, alternator and mains charging, power conversion, DC distribution and system monitoring within a more integrated electrical architecture.

The new generation places particular emphasis on system integration, thermal performance, vehicle connectivity and installation efficiency, reflecting the increasingly complex requirements of modern mobile energy systems.

The 7 products making their global debut are:
- 4-in-1 Smart Power Management System
- RRO Mini, Mini Smart Lithium Battery Series — 100Ah, 200Ah, 314Ah
- PRO Underseat Lithium Battery Series — 100Ah DIN L3 and 150Ah DIN L5
- ShadowFlux™ Flexible Solar Panels — 100W and 200W
- Rover 2 PRO MPPT Charge Controller — 20A to 60A
- IP67 DC-DC Battery Charger with MPPT — 50A and 60A
- PRO Pure Sine Wave Inverter Series — 1500W, 2000W and 3000W, 230V

Designed for Real Mobile Operating Conditions
Mobile electrical systems operate in environments that can differ significantly from stationary installations. Components may be installed beneath seats, inside lockers, within utility compartments or close to heat-generating equipment. At the same time, vehicles may be exposed to high and low temperatures, road vibration, changing climates and widely varying electrical loads.

Renogy’s new generation has been developed around these real-world operating conditions. The new IP67 DC-DC Battery Charger with MPPT and Rover 2 PRO MPPT Charge Controller are designed to maintain full rated output at ambient temperatures up to 45°C, supporting more consistent charging performance in high-temperature installations.

For colder environments, the new PRO Mini, and PRO Underseat Lithium Battery Series incorporates self-heating and advanced battery management functions to support low-temperature operation. Compact installation, simplified cabling and durability in mobile environments also form part of the overall system approach.

From Individual Components to a More Integrated Energy Architecture
At the centre of the new portfolio is Renogy’s 4-in-1 Smart Power Management System, which combines mains charging, alternator charging, MPPT solar charging and DC power distribution within a single pre-wired platform.

The system supports up to 60A hybrid charging and is designed to reduce the number of separate devices, interconnections and installation steps required within the vehicle.

Across the wider portfolio, Renogy is applying the same system-based approach to batteries, chargers, inverters, solar and monitoring products. For vehicle manufacturers, converters and professional installers, the architecture provides a more standardised platform that can be adapted across different vehicle types and regional requirements, while simplifying installation, commissioning, diagnostics and after-sales support.

Connectivity Becomes Part of the Vehicle Architecture
As mobile electrical systems become more connected, energy management increasingly needs to interact with wider vehicle and habitation control systems. Renogy’s new generation expands support for communication standards including CAN Bus, RV-C and CI-BUS, depending on product and market application.

This allows battery, charging and energy data to be integrated into the wider vehicle and habitation control environment, supporting centralised monitoring, diagnostics and system control.

RV-C is widely used for system integration in North American RV applications, while CI-BUS is particularly relevant to European leisure vehicle manufacturers and habitation systems.

Expanding Renogy’s European OEM and Partner Network
CARAVAN SALON Düsseldorf also provides Renogy with an opportunity to highlight its growing presence in the European leisure vehicle industry.

“The mobile energy market is moving beyond individual components towards more integrated and connected onboard electrical systems,” said Tom Li, Vice President of Renogy Europe. “For manufacturers, the priority is increasingly to build an electrical architecture that performs reliably in real vehicle conditions, integrates with the wider vehicle system and can be installed, serviced and scaled efficiently across different models.”

Renogy is working with European motorhome and campervan manufacturers and converters including Robeta, CamperKing, Auto-Trail, Auto-Sleepers and Vantage Motorhomes, supporting applications ranging from individual product integration to broader onboard energy solutions.

“Europe is an important part of Renogy’s global mobile energy strategy,” Li added. “We are engaging more closely with manufacturers at the system-design stage, while continuing to expand our distributor, installer and technical service network across the region. Standards such as CI-BUS are particularly important here because they allow the energy system to become part of the wider habitation architecture.”

The company is also expanding its European digital infrastructure to help customers and partners identify local points of sale, professional installers and technical service resources.

Renogy will present the new portfolio and system configurations at CARAVAN SALON Düsseldorf 2026, ahead of the official worldwide launch on September 15, 2026. Visitors can meet the Renogy team at Hall 13, Stand E72.
